Is there a cost associated with using the Helpthemove service?

No, our service is completely free to use.

How are Helpthemove able to provide a free service?

We exclusively partner with a preferred energy partner who pay a commission for each successful energy switch. We share this with you, generating a new revenue stream for your organisation.

Do I need permission from the landlord to use the Helpthemove service?

Our service gives you an option of two emails that can be sent to the landlord. One let’s them know you will be using the Helpthemove service and the other asks for their permission before starting with the Helpthemove service

Does the tenant/landlord have to stay with the preferred energy supplier following the switch?

No, the tenant / landlord will retain their right to be able to switch supplier if they wish. The property will be switched to a variable price tariff with no exit fees. If the tenant / landlord wishes to stay with the preferred energy partner, they can contact the preferred energy supplier to ensure they move onto the best tariff for them.
