Helpthemove Rises to 24th in the Northern Tech Awards Top 100

The tech scene across the North is a pretty competitive space to be in, so we were very pleased to see the results of the 2026 Northern Tech Awards Top 100 come out last week. We’ve secured 24th place this year, which is an impressive jump from our 48th position in 2025 and a real milestone for the team.

For those who haven’t come across these awards before, they are run annually by the investment firm GP Bullhound. The list recognises the fastest-growing tech companies across the North of the UK. Rankings are based on revenue growth over the last three years, so it’s a solid indicator of which businesses are actually scaling and making an impact. Climbing 24 places in just twelve months is a huge result for us. It’s one thing to make the list, but jumping right into the top quarter of the Northern Tech Awards Top 100 shows the incredible momentum we’ve picked up as our platform continues to gain traction across the industry.

For us at Helpthemove, the growth rate of 44%  really comes down to the team’s focus on making utility management less of a headache for our clients. We’ve now been in the top 50 for seven years straight, and while it’s nice to take a moment to acknowledge that consistency, our focus is very much on what we’re building next for the property industry.
