How can I clear debt on a prepayment meter?

Via our digital debt clearance feature. Having understood the pain that often accompanies debt clearance needs from our social housing clients, we evolved our offering to provide a solution which typically enables meter resets in 2-4 hours.

How do I order blank keys/cards for prepayment meters?

When you join we’ll talk you through all the added benefits of the service. You’ll have direct access to a dedicated HTM Team at our energy partner who will be able to assist with provision of bulk keys/cards stock and much more.

How long does it take to switch supply to your preferred energy supplier?

c.5 days. Ofgem recently introduced faster switching which has reduced the lead times for energy suppliers to gain supplies from 21 days down to as little as 5 days. Not all suppliers are achieving 5 days yet.

How will I know if the property energy supply has switched successfully?

We’ll let you know. Your account dashboard will display switch results at a property level. We request detailed outcome reporting from our preferred energy supplier. This equips us with the information you need and enables us to optimise opportunities to switch the energy.

How will the preferred energy supplier bill us for any void periods?

If you are a portfolio landlord or receive and process the bills on behalf of your landlords, you will have access to consolidated billing. This provides you with a single monthly digital statement for your managed portfolio void energy consumption. This is reported by property, with all the detail of a paper bill. You will have the option to pay a single sum for all properties in a single transaction, removing the need to log into each individual landlord account.

If your landlords are responsible for receiving and processing the bills, a paper bill for their rental property will be issued to them at their personal home address.
