Helpthemove Ranked 5th in the PropTech 50 2026

BusinessCloud has published its PropTech 50 for 2026, and Helpthemove is at number five.

The list ranks the UK’s most innovative property technology companies every year, from startups and scaleups to established firms. We first joined the ranks in 2024, at 50th place, and moved up to 43rd last year. A jump of 38 places puts us fifth out of 130 shortlisted firms. That’s the top 4%.

How the list is decided

BusinessCloud shortlists companies working across real estate, construction, the built environment and building management. Readers had seven days to vote for their favourites from this year’s shortlist, and those votes were combined with the picks of an expert judging panel to decide the final 50. The 2026 judges were Cato Morgan, director of software M&A at Alvarez & Marsal; Jane Sartin, executive director of the Flexible Space Association; Will Lewis, CEO of OBI Property; and Jonathan Symcox, editor of BusinessCloud.

Jonathan Symcox said this year’s companies “are solving genuine problems rather than simply digitising existing processes”, which is exactly what we set out to do every time a tenant moves in or out.
