How much does Helpthemove’s software cost?
Nothing – it’s 100% free to use.
Do you integrate with any property management software?
Yes, we do. When you come onboard, simply let us know which software you currently use and we will advise whether we already have an integration. If we don’t, we will work with you and them to set one up or work out the best way to streamline data transfer from your existing systems to your Helpthemove account.
How does Helpthemove make money if the platform is free? What’s the catch?
There isn’t a catch! We partner exclusively with energy supplier partners and earn commission with every successful switch.
We share the commission with you, generating an additional revenue stream for your organisation.
Does the tenant have to stick with Helpthemove’s preferred energy supplier when they move in?
No – the tenant always has full market choice. The supply for the landlord’s period of responsibility will be switched to a variable tariff with no exit fees. When the tenant moves in they can switch to another supplier or another tariff at their own discretion.
